Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Description:
The primary focus of the role will be to control and manage the repair and maintenance activities in the workshop and to achieve or exceed the business targets by ensuring that maximum productivity and technician efficiency on the floor as always.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Workshop Capacity Planning and Loading.
b- Optimizing Productivity, efficiency and workshop output and review for continuous improvement.
c- Controlling productive time and distribution of jobs.
d- To implement the Dealer standards on the workshop floor.
e- Ensures a Quality job and delivers the vehicles at promised time.
f- Additional repair jobs are informed to Service Advisors which ensures rectification of all the necessary repairs in the vehicles.
Job Requirements:
a- Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical Engineering
b- 3 to 5 years’ overall experience with automobile dealership – Out of which a minimum 3 years in Service Dept. at planner level
c- Automotive dealer / distributor business processes, working knowledge of Microsoft office, ERP skills, people and technical skills
