Description:
We are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader – Contract Logistics for Al Futtaim Logistics in Dubai. As a Team Leader in Contract Logistics, you will ensure on a day-to-day basis all customer requirements are managed and planned for warehouse operations and other internal departments within agreed service levels and adhering to all ex-Free zone rules and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Manage inbound and outbound system functionality
b- Manage inbound and outbound documentation
c- Manage all the customer inquiries
d- Manage Inventory control – PI counts & subsequent system transaction, Nil pick checks & quarantine products
Job Requirements:
a- 2-years’ experience in Customer Service preferably in a Logistics, supply chain or warehousing industry
b- Strong communications skills
c- Experience with Inbound and Outbound documentation
