Description:

The Senior Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for the stock and decor display within the store. The jobholder will be required to deliver an inspirational shopping experience for customers across Watsons stores in GCC. The jobholder should be commercially focused, with a proactive awareness of the beauty market in particular and hold the ability to work with urgency and pace.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts to represent Watsons’ visual standards.
• Make sure new deliveries are displayed and presented on the floor in a creative and timely manner.
• Create merchandise floor layouts and do floor moves and brand rotation periodically.

Job Requirements:

• +3 years retail experience, preferably in Fashion/Beauty

• Bachelor degree / Formal Education in Fine Arts/Graphic Design with Visual Merchandising Background

• Good English communication skills, basic decision making, excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, physically fit, fast learner and a team player.
