VIE – Sales Coordinator
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1. Orders revision, checking if prices and assortment are correct and if stock is available.
2. Assist Area Manager with Stock monitoring and give suggested orders.
3. Gather allocations orders and POSM needs from Travel Retail team leaders.
4. Assist the Sales coordinator with forecast follow-up.
5. Make sure all orders related to the activities are supplied in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of orders processing (NSI & SAP).
2. High level of accuracy and problem solving.
3. Hardworking with good communication skills.
4. Candidates between 18 and 28 years old.
5. Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (EAA), who have fulfilled their national service obligations.
