Description:

This role will provide leadership to a large multicultural workforce and will ensure that our teams are engaged, motivated and supported to produce best practice maintenance in a safe and compliant environment, within budgets and timescales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the maintenance undertaken within Base Maintenance ensuring all activities undertaken are performed in compliance with technical and quality standards as approved by the UAE GCAA and other Regulatory Authorities.
• Ensure that sufficient equipment and resources are available and prepared to perform all maintenance activities required within Base Heavy Maintenance strategic growth plans.
• Critically examine and challenge working practices within the Base Heavy Maintenance value stream whilst developing new and improved maintenance practices and procedures.
• Critically analyse aircraft technical reliability/post-hangar-release performance results.

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience (over 12 years) in Engineering Maintenance
• Comprehensive Knowledge and Skills in the below areas:- In-depth exposure to the heavy maintenance environment
• Managing a diverse multicultural team
• Project Management in heavy maintenance.
