Assistant Category Manager – Skin Cleansing

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1. Direct docking and collaboration with country teams to land 12Q Innovation plans OTIF.  
2. Performance tracking the SCL category – using both internal and external sources.
3. Reviewing and updating the performance of the SCL category with senior stakeholders in the region and in the global category teams.
4. Contribute to adapt or develop locally relevant assets where needed (TV, digital coms, social / e-commerce assets).
5. Where needed to win, co-develop specific local mixes (formats & benefits).

Job Requirements:

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use multiple sources to form data-backed recommendations for projects and strategic pieces.
2. Financially savvy marketer – understanding of P&L and NRM. 
3. Experience with using internal finance data, Nielsen retail panel, penetration trackers, brand health trackers etc.
4. Experience in running networks with factories, SC, R&D and CCBTs.
5. Crafting Skills to provide direction to the internal project teams as well as external partners like design agencies, communication agencies/UStudio.
