Description:

This position performs business administrative duties respective to the supported group, such as data planning, auditing, inventory, customer support, operations support. He/she manages client and supplier documentation, daily activities, and employee-related outside operation-scope functions. performs other business related tasks as requested.

Job Responsibilities:

• Master Road freight File Update
• Visibility and Daily Reporting – Sending daily shipment updates to the customers from Pickup to Delivery , FGV management
• Road Freight Pricing Desk: Responsible for offering Ad hoc quotation or contracted rates to clients and ASC’s
• Client Management To perform and maintain active and potential client list for the department. And follow up with BD and client for future opportunity

Job Requirements:

• Relevant Freight Forwarding experience

• Adept at MS Office Suite such as MS Excel

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to proactively resolve issues
