Description:

Provide professional written and verbal translation services to patients and the company

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional interpretation and translation services to patients

  • Effectively address patient queries and concerns and ensure written documents accurately reflect information shared

  • Translate written documents for use by both patients, clients and team members

  • Assist with relevant cultural awareness sessions designed to educate and sensitise others toward cultural differences

Job Requirements:

  • A Grade 12 qualification

  • A relevant formal qualification in a medical field will be an advantage

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting
