Description:
We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Technical Training Consultant for our Automotive division to play an active part in a team of dedicated trainers in developing competent productive associates by way of assessments, on the job development activities and coaching, supported with engaging training programs as required by Al-Futtaim Automotive Group, underpinned by the respective Brand standards.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Ensure all training material is up to date and in line with modern repair methods and technology
b- Responsible for delivering and supporting all components of associate progress through to certification
c- Developing and updating training programmes and material
d- Reporting learner attendance, results, and any issues, with emphasis on protecting learner & customer data
Job Requirements:
a- Min of 2 years of Technical Training or Coaching role
b- Min of 5 years of Automotive Industry Experience
c- Proficient to Master Technician Level or industry equivalent
