Description:

The Manager Ticketing will ensure a high-performing ticketing service, maximising revenue across all channels and ensuring excellent internal communication with appropriate teams across the organisation. Contribute to the budgeting, targeting, and forecasting processes for internally-produced work, enabling data-driven decision-making and foreseeing operational considerations to provide accurate projections, in collaboration with producing, marketing, and insight leads. Provide regular sales reports, advice and insights to internal stakeholders and external producers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the development of annual business plan including developing the revenue strategy specifically focusing on ticketing strategy for Firdaus Orchestra and Firdaus Studio and other concerts and events.
• Work with the Sales, Marketing teams of Firdaus Studio/Firdaus Orchestra/ Firdaus productions to develop pricing strategy to maximise revenue
• Ensure ticketing process and operation are effective and efficient and does not impact the visitor satisfaction
• Work closely with Expo City Dubai Ticketing team and ensure timely set up of ticketing application

Job Requirements:

•  A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Prior experience in the Event industry and ticketing operations
• Excellent knowledge of industry-related software
