1- Technical Trainer
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
Assist Technical Manager to achieve training targets. Perform technical and products knowledge training for Automotive Services personnel to raise overall skill levels and improve efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Acts within approved training budget boundaries, and comply with company financial policy.
b- Retain all invoices related to training activities, and process it on time to finance department.
c- Perform technical training as per established programme.
d- Coordinate with the operation team and SICs to ensure all site staff is enrolled/certified in line with annual certification targets.
Job Requirements:
a- 2 – 4 years in automotive technical training or coaching field with sound practical skills and theoretical knowledge of service/repair industry.
b- A Degree in Engineering, preferably Automotive, Mechanical or Electrical college degree or equivalent
c- Customer Facing Role Experience
