Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Role Purpose:
In this role, you are accountable to develop a comprehensive, fit for purpose data strategy for the Technical department by working closely with Post Holders and the Technical Leadership Team and other key stakeholders across Operations and the airline. The incumbent will lead the execution of the data strategy and work cross-functionally across Technical, Flight Operations, Network Operations and other areas of the airline to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive data-driven decision making in an integrated fashion.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Design and implement a fit for purpose data strategy for the Technical department with scope including but not limited to +150 key AMOS processes, +1000 AMOS data tables
b- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and identify optimization opportunities across Technical
c- Responsible for the design and delivery of reports and insights focusing on safety performance, operational efficiencies, and financial performance
Job Requirements:
a- Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing data analytics functions preferably within aviation or related field
b- Demonstrated ability to design data strategies, implement frameworks and communicate outcomes to senior leadership and executives
c- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science/Engineering/IT or related fields
