Description:

The Aftersales Digitisation team is part of the Aftersales Centre of excellence and has a strategic responsibility to support all digital projects and initiatives. In addition, this team will be responsible for ensuring all Aftersales data and analytics requirements are aligned and supported.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a funnel of future digitisation ideas to set-up and commercialise for the aftersales part of Automotive business
• Own the strategic direction of digitisation in the aftersales division
• Engage with the internal and external technology experts to determine the best implementation methods and guide them to deliver the most valuable outcomes possible
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define the roadmap and corresponding go-to-market strategies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree. Specialism in marketing and pricing.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders.
• Solid business acumen, with the ability to identify the requirement to deliver the product/service and equally adept at solving complex problems and influencing teams and management to deliver them
• Experience in communicating data to all organizational levels
