1- Engineer – System
Job: Full Time
Location: United Arab Emirates
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot Oracle RAC clusters.
- Manage the helpdesk incident reporting system as per the procedure document.
- Handle / monitor systems, events, data backup etc.
- Maintain overall ownership of user’s issue & service ensuring that they receive resolution as per the contract.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma engineer in Electronics / Telecom / IT/ computer science or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Helpdesk of relevant industry.
- Experience in Linux, Oracle, shell scripting, Vmware, HyperV, EMC, Netapp.
- Certified Redhat Linux & Oracle database administration 12/18c versions.
