Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an IT infrastructure roadmap to support the IT strategy for the Emirates Group driving initiatives that ensure the IT infrastructure is upgraded, simplified, and standardised to effectively support the business at optimal cost.
• Deliver an IT infrastructure service that is resilient, reliable and meets agreed service levels. Develop effective performance measures to benchmark and monitor the quality and cost and drive service improvement plans that drive continuous improvement.
• Develop the service management strategy for all IT services, agree service level standards and monitor compliance. Lead the operations centre for all end-to-end IT services across the Emirates Group. Monitor critical IT incidents that might affect business operations and drive their timely resolution.
• Lead and drive industry best standards for DevSecOps and Automation, ensuring continuous integration, delivery, infrastructure management and deployment automation in the development and implementation of creative tech solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
• Post Graduate Qualification preferred
• 15+ yrs experience in varied IT functions at a senior level in a large multinational corporate company, ideally in the travel/transportation industry
• Experience in an IT Support and Service Management environment
