Job Description:

Complete performance appraisals and assist with the delivery as well as development feedback to the team.

Participate in the interviewing and selection process of Employees.

Coach the team to drive ATV, IPT and to proactively understand the different customer types within stores and to offer a service that meets their needs to provide a one stop solution..

Complete competitor reviews to gain a detailed understanding of local market place and competitor activity.

Observe feedback and coach department supervisors to deliver a strong selling culture within the departments.

Hold daily morning briefs with the team to set sales targets and energise the team forthe day ahead. Celebrate success and share business updates.

Role Profile:

Lead by example to maximise store contribution through exploiting everyopportunity to drive sales, reduce stock loss, capitalise on merchandising opportunities andmaintain cost controls. Retain anddevelop a highly motivated team, ensuring individual, andstore compliance with all company policy andprocedures, audit, andcountry law.
