We are looking for a natural leader with the ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and tasks related to profitability management, staff performance, inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. Dubai Mall Is the Flagship Store for American Eagle in the Middle East so we are looking for a dynamic individual to take American Eagle into the future.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and confidently lead the Operations Team to provide a first-class reputation making use of key initiatives, such as Retail Next, whilst prioritizing the basics and being a role model of operations
• Implement, drive and ensure compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back office, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class Brand Flagship Store
• Support the Operations Manager in delivering a premium operating model for American Eagle within its Brand Flagship
• Drive profitability of the store within the respective area of responsibility by controlling operational expenses
• Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance
• Maintain a feedback culture among the team for continuous inclusion and operating rhythm improvement
