Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

General Description:

As a Spa Manager, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths to maximize the Rooms Operations, and ensure an exceptional guest journey.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct and lead the day to day Spa operation ensuring all standards are followed
  • Prepare annual budgets for all departments within the Spa; ensuring productivity and expense controls are followed to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors; including location, product offering, pricing, promotion and sales techniques
  • Promote and sell customized Spa programs to conference groups and individuals

Job Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience within the Spa field 
  • You’ve University/College degree in a related discipline
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
  • Experience and certification in one of the Spa disciplines of fitness or therapy
