Description:

As a Service Technician, you will be serving our customers through preventative and reactive channels. You will collaborate with the Service and Technical Support Teams to schedule work and advise on the best solutions to ensure we provide the best service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
• Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce detailed, accurate, and timely service reports
• work independently and as a team member to provide service and customer support during field visits

Job Requirements:

• A strong Electrical/ Electronic background, knowledge of basic Electronics and Electrical Theory, Principles of microprocessor-controlled equipment, and multi-meter instruments.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a technically related field 
• Good command of the English Language is a must, both verbal & written.
