Description:

We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to work for Al Futtaim Aftersales – Automall in Dubai. You will amend job cards and invoices in the system and providing account information variations to Workshop Supervisor. You will prepare daily labour analysis and report to the Regional Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain administrative records and procedures
• Preparing all external and internal job cards and proper billing with all labor, parts, oil, sublets and consumables
• Proper checking of invoices and related documents with computer statements to maintain accuracy
• Arranging daily workshop performance report

Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidate for this role should have a basic qualification and must have at least 2 years’ experience within Service Administration or Sales Support & Coordination functions in automotive industry.
• You must be highly proficient in MS Office preferably in MS Excel. You should also be able to communicate effectively and confident and effective in providing information.
• Candidates with SAP experience is highly preferred.
