Description:

The purpose of this position is to lead the Strategy & Solutions function; both pivotal to the execution of SME Growth plans. The role holder will be focused on strategy execution and leading the Solutions Development Team, which supports our growth and bidding activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage the Solutions Team as part of the Growth function in collaboration with the wider business to deliver the Divisional strategy and business objectives, in accordance with regional and Group governance processes.
• Aligning processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy
• Responsible for working across a portfolio of complex bids, and product and service developments spanning Transport, Aviation, Defence and Citizen Services; digital asset management, workforce management, data management with a focus on customer-centred solutions using our ExperienceLab brand

Job Requirements:

• Bold leadership skills to motivate teams and drive the business to enact change.
• Highly collaborative with all levels of the hierarchy, with strong influencing skills
• Ability to develop technical, financial and commercial bidding solutions.
• Ability to improve business processes and roll out change programmes.
