Job: Full Time

Description:

To formulate and implement a market oriented activity plan by leading all out door sales activities with new and existing business for the assigned business departments with the aim of achieving the set revenue targets at the lowest possible cost.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve the set revenue targets by maximising the best yield / volume mix whilst determining the market potential and exploiting market opportunities with all available resources.
• Achieve U.A.E sales objectives in close co-ordination with Corporate Support Unit / Agency Support Unit, Internal stakeholders and management based on local market conditions and the defined U.A.E sales policies.
• Evaluate, initiate, implement and control all new direct sales activities aiming at improving the revenue and traffic results whilst being pro-active in contributing ideas on trends and developments towards achieving long and short term objectives.
• Execute, as per the agreed sales strategy of maximum trade agents, corporate account focus, the established call plan of 30 calls a week to maximise / organise field activity for minimum travel and maximum calls using the available time effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Commercial/Sales.Revenue Optimisation : 5+ Years
• 12 Years schooling or equivalent
• Experience in Commercial , Sales, Revenue Optimisation Experience in the travel/Airline industry in an outdoor sales and marketing capacity
• Commercial and Sales experience in airline or airline related industry.
