Senior Manager Sales Content
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build & implement sales content strategies, policies & processes for Talabat across the region
2. Key focus areas will be on improving content supply chain, traffic & findability, menu experience & social content
3. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across product, operations, digital transformation & sales teams to improve vendor & customer experience  
4. Drive programs that improve content operational excellence, vendor self-service & automation for content & reviews, ratings scale-up 
5. Manage the regional team of content specialists & analysts, driving research led initiatives that feed into the strategic planning & execution 
6. Build dashboards for key stakeholders & teams cross-function to measure success metrics

Job Requirements:

1. 6-10 years’ experience in managing & working on content systems for eCommerce platforms  
2. Strong understanding of content best practices, product management, QC, data collection systems, UGC moderation, search & discovery 
3. Experience of delivering successful content projects that impacted customer experience  
4. Ability to drive deep research & insights to shape business strategy 
5. Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across  multiple groups with competing priorities
