Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
a- Achieve the sales target by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge.
b- Build relationships with customers through consistent outreach according to current campaigns/programs.
c- Develop customer portfolio by implementing action plans to maximize recruitment (retention/conversion rate) and engagement (repeat rate), focusing on resident/local clients.
d- Communicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs and meet or exceed their expectations.
Job Requirements:
a- Minimum of 3 yrs. of experience within luxury retail.
b- Understanding of both Visual Merchandising insights and business challenges
c- Creativity with an interest in fashion, design and art
