1- Senior Risk Mitigation Manager
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing Commercial risk mitigation, redlining of terms and conditions, coordination input/review with functional experts (legal, finance, tax and insurance).
- Drafting of specific agreements as needed (e.g. NDAs, MOUs, contract amendments)
- Supporting during negotiations with customers, both in person and by phone/telepresence
- Working closely with TPS business subject matter experts across Risk, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
- Collaborating with global Risk Operations and Governance initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (Preferably in Law)
- 8 years of cumulative Oil & Gas, energy industry and/or industrial industry work experience
- Extensive experience and proven ability to draft and negotiate contracts
- Be fluent in Arabic &/or another language apart from English
