1- Senior PRO Executive
Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:

This role supports the Public Relations Officers (PRO), Manager, and other PRO functions that are imperative in delivering the services strategy of the Department. In addition, the role directly receives instructions from V.P. Legal with the P.R. Manager and coordinates with the team and other government bodies in obtaining visas, work permits, licenses, and all other official documentation efficiently and promptly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise PRO team and PRO function in the Company
• Build strong and effective relationships with all government entities and personnel in those departments
• Coordinate with the different embassies in UAE to understand the different requirements that are set out by each embassy
• Use problem solving skills to get around complicated procedures and situations

Job Requirements:

• Higher Secondary or equivalent
• Minimum of five (5) years local experience liaising with Immigration, Labour department and other government departments
• Has Experienced in Notarization Documents
• Fluent in Arabic (written and verbal)
