Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:

Managing ORM related tasks smoothly with a view to identify and minimize the operational risk by closing Controls Gaps and updating risk and control profile as per implemented changes in applied processes relating to CMT units (CMT Support, CMT Performance, Branch Transformation, Instant Delivery Services Lead, Process Automation, Tawtheeq Hub and Branch Sales and Quality Management)

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, Update RCSA and Control Testing for CMT units and enhance testing procedures whenever required.
• Score KRI and review/ update on Owner`s review due date/ whenever needed.
• Follow up Issue and action plan closure and raise self-identified issues with suitable correction action plans.
• Upload CMT units Control testing results on time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business administration, finance, or related field).
• 15 to 20 years’ experience in banking industry, of which 5 years should be in significant, related position.
• Preferable to have an experience in a managerial position.
