Senior Manager Global Assurance & Operational Risk
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develops and establishes common processes for maintaining a Regulatory Compliance framework.
2. Establishes a continuous improvement process that will progress dnata up the culture maturity matrix and improve company performance.
3. Allocates SME personnel to the divisions and businesses to support roll out, implementation and problem solving of functional areas.
4. Manages and coordinates dnata staff, consultants and contractors assigned to the department.
5. Conducts IMS audits and practical management of findings and presents findings and corrective action recommendations to safety senior teams.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Quality, Safety, Health or Audit Management, or a related field.
2. Technical qualifications with ISO, NEBOSH, CSP or similar accredited organization.
3. 10-12 years of experience in Quality/Assurance Management field and/or corporate environment including 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role.
4. Advanced knowledge of the laws and regulations governing Risk and Quality Management.
5. Advanced communication, negotiation, managerial and customer relationship skills.
