Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Sales Operations of the National Distribution Channel for Prepaid SIM Sales & Distribution.
• Lead the Sales Operations Team within the National Distribution Business to and ensure smooth operations and execution of the sales strategy
• Preparing BI analyses, reports, Memos & presentations to the management (daily, weekly. monthly, quarterly, as required) across various dimensions Sales, TDRA compliance, quality etc.
• Coordinating with various internal Teams at Etisalat (Commissions & Incentives, Finance, Product, Projects, TDRA channel SPOC, marketing, reporting, budgeting, channel readiness etc.)

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of the mass market channel in the UAE for SIM.
• Knowledge of internal Etisalat systems and professional relationships across the Etisalat organization.

• Analytical skills to provide the necessary actionable insights and intelligence.
