Description:

The candidate will have an overall responsibility for the client portfolio for revenue delivery, account management and operational excellence across the assigned customer account portfolio. The individual will be responsible for delivering the targeted revenue and gross contribution, project managing client mobilizations, day-to-day delivery of operations, contribute to the growth of account portfolio and manage a team of individuals, responsible to ensure all team members are fully engaged and optimised to TG standards & nbsp; Actively contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the business, with a focus supporting the Director to drive team effort aligned to the mission, vision and strategy of the Group. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop the business growth of the account portfolio, through new business and organic growth, assuming full commercial responsibility
• Implicitly understand the commercial aspects of the contracts and monitor the management of the service to ensure delivery within the boundaries of the contracts and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and achieving the operational SLA and commercial KPIs& amp; nbsp;
• Ensure customer account portfolio are delivering to budgeted targets, revenue and gross contributions, contributing to the department P& amp; amp; L, accurate reporting for forecasting and revenue is maximized

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
• At least 10 years of experience in the similar industry
• Experience in delivering operational excellence maintaining excellent client relationships within the Aviation sector & working to ‘lean’ methodologies.
• Master’s Degree in Business, Aviation or relevant field
