Location: Dubai, UAE
General Description:
In this role you will be responsible for providing HR support to a portfolio of our businesses. You will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. This role reports directly to Regional HR Director.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive organizational effectiveness
Lead change
Manage talent
Build relationships and brokering HR services
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Previous experience in a Human Resources Partner role
Excellent communication skill
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
