Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
The ideal candidate will provide a technical expert view on all matters related to your technical area (e.g. electrical, mechanical, electronics, building management systems, fire alarm systems, HVAC, etc) with indirect budget responsibility of circa 5M AED per annum.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Specifying technical requirements and standard for new and existing equipment.
b- Providing input to new equipment and projects to ensure optimum life cycle costs.
c- Defining the right technical skills to execute the maintenance plans.
Job Requirements:
a- Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering
b- Knowledge in related applicable engineering disciplines / systems (eg. LV, MV electrical, HVAC, Mechanic Systems, Special Systems, Instrumentation & Control, Structural, Airfield and associated)
c- Clear understanding of BMS, and building and fire regulations
