Job Responsibilities:

1. External stakeholders (consumer, general public, media)
2. Protect and strengthen Starbucks coffee authority through creative storytelling, reinforce Starbucks position at the heart of MENA coffee culture
3. Leverage this authority to educate MENA customers on the sustainability initiatives including plant-based menu innovation
4. Inspire and engage the Operations teams to boost ops-led CSR initiatives at a local level, by motivating them with the brand mission and aspiration, by giving visibility internally and externally to the CSR local initiatives

Job Requirements:

1. Proven Expertise in brand strategy, leading brand communication for a global brand and PR, sizeable experience in the MENA region
2. Arabic & English speaker.
3. Highly skilled in multi-channel campaign management, with considerable experience in digital communications and media partnerships and content production.
4. 12 years or more of experience are required, out of which 5 years experience in agency management would be ideal.
