Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:

• To ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Banquet, task or designated Outlet. Support and ensure the banquet department is run as a business unit as per the standards and procedures and practice managerial principles, in order to achieve departmental goals, in terms of Guest satisfaction, financial targets, and training and high employee morale.
• Motivate & empower your team to consistently focus on guest satisfaction & deliver service excellence.
•  Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Leadership Skills
