Description:

As a Security Manager, you will lead your team in creating a safe and secure environment guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of guests, team members and Hotel property through a professional and efficient daily operation.
• Develop the fire, emergency and evacuation guidelines, train team members on the guidelines and take ownership for regular fire drills.
• Plan and budget the Security expenditures for the Hotel, including business cases for justification of investments and expenditures to support the approval process. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum three years in a similar role with a five-star hotel, preferably in the UAE
• Advanced leadership and communication skills
• Excellent surveillance and emergency response skills
