Specialist Manager – Security
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coaches Seller’s with a “challenger mentality” by prompting Seller’s to engage early, lead with new insights on how to grow the customers’ business and change the strategic conversation with the CISO Office.
2. Effectively collaborates across a highly-matrixed field sales organization, building strong internal relationship across all lines of business and solutions area at all leadership levels.
3. Leads from the front, personally engaging at CXO level – in particular CISO/CSO – to support and coach teams on Security opportunity strategy and acceleration.
4. Provides value to customers at an Executive level through bringing insights on Modern Security market and industry trend and how Security can enable digital transformation.
5. Clearly articulates examples of experience in Security that showcases their credibility in leading a market leading Security Business.

Job Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of the Enterprise Security space, with ability to discuss industry trends and security topics outside of Microsoft technologies.
2. 10+ years relevant experience in Enterprise Security sales.
3. 5 + years Sales Management experience in Enterprise sales.
4. Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Business Management or Industry related discipline.
5. Experience of working with product groups and other Corporate teams to drive Modern Security and Digital Transformation deals.
