Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of external company security Colleagues to include their daily attendance, grooming, coaching, appraisals and personal development plans.
• Compiling duty schedules for their area on a monthly basis ensuring that leave plans support operational readiness and ensure sufficient time off to Colleagues.
• Openly communicate appropriate and useful information through various channels to include department meetings and briefings.
• Responding to Security breaches, incidents and emergencies, taking necessary corrective actions and ensure incidents are investigated, recorded and reported to the Line Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Secondary education or equivalent
• Customer service, problem solving, leadership, and talent management skills
• Knowledge in MS Office
• Able to deal with Complexity
