You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Salon Operations Executive is responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the activities and deliver exceptional customer service.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role or minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury customer service environment. Experience and understanding of the hair and beauty industry, including an understanding of methods, treatments and services offered.
