1- Sales Supervisor
Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:

• Formulate action plans for branch to achieve company’s targets and maximize return. Monitor and control all sales administrations issues (bookings, releasing, hold, invoicing, documentation, insurance, stock, logistics etc.)
  
• Oversees daily sales operations and activities of Branch (sales, admin, secretary and logistics) to facilitate sales outcome achievement
  
• Control and follow up on daily, weekly reports such as test drives, demo cars, marketing reports and sales activities development to be reported to head office.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company’s and group policies, regulations, procedures and business ethics codes are communicated and implemented within the team to be aligned with vision, mission and values
  
• Communicate with other internal dept. such as (finance, legal, HR, workshop, stores and etc.) to facilitate daily operations.
  
• Handling customer’s complaints with relevant parties as per standard to meet company’s mission and values. Explore, establish, and maintain strong relations with corporate businesses and SME’s in area to contribute to the company’s goals

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors in Business Administration.

• 8 years in similar position

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Microsoft applications literate and Automotive applications
