1- Sales Coordinator – Rapid Diagnostics
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Update Master commercial databases by inputting most recent data from all sales staff in the region. The 3 x categories are: Distributors, KOL’s and Customers.

  • Update BU Sales Outlook file on a weekly basis ensuring all orders and pipeline queries are updated.

  • Support BU monthly forecast file using input from the Sales Outlook file to ensure that information is captured correctly and reliable forecasts are provided to the team.

  • Follow up on all orders with AIL, SD and Abon ensuring that orders are shipped timeously.

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree is a must. Additional studies in Science is a plus, 5+ years of relevant experience

  • No healthcare experience needed but is a plus, ideally from the diagnostics field

  • Experience with CRM systems preferred

  • Strong command of English and Arabic languages (written & verbal).
