Sales and Customer Care Associate
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

This role is responsible for ensuring every interaction exceeds our customer expectation. An exceptional customer experience is the key driver in this role ensuring that all communication and action taken delivers exceptional service maximizing every sales opportunity. 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with all Level 1 inquiries via several channels (email, telephone, WhatsApp, live chat and social media).
2. Communicate promptly any information to customers about their orders or inquires with first time resolution.
3. Deal with complaints and provide all information required for senior agents or TL to deal with the any escalations.
4. Articulate with exceptional writing skills (including good spelling and grammar) in English and Arabic.
5. Identify high spending or priority level customers that can be passed to the Personal Shopping team.

Job Requirements:

1. College or university degree.
2. 1 years’ experience ideal.
3. Clear communication skills.
4. Willingness to learn.
5. Fluent English & Arabic.
