Description:
Execute the trade lane strategic initiatives for the growth globally to the annual budgeted volumes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and Drive trade lanes & related strategies to achieve volumes budgets for Air.
- Drive & Support Sales team at Origin/Destination thru push/pull so as to identify/generate new opportunities, win & grow volumes.
- Retain & Grow YOY volumes for top existing customers on the lanes by ensuring high service levels and price competitiveness on the lanes.
- Actively participate with products/GTM on RFQs/RFPs successful closures.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrate leadership in execution of tasks.
- Exhibits strong analytical skills
- Has integrity/honesty & planning skills.
- Enthusiastic with ability to motivate others.
