The Risk Policy Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitating profitable growth of the Margin Lending & overdraft products: evaluation of business proposals, participation in plan formulation, communication of policy changes.
• Risk Appetite framework definition and analysis; concentration tracking; Preparation of PQR, and other dedicated and ad-hoc reports. Creatively analyze new data sources and tools for additional new opportunities.
• Monitor and validate credit policies across program and customer lifecycle.  Develop tracking standards and review actual results versus forecasts with full analyses of any variances. Evaluating policy change requests and in the implementation and execution of policies.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in Consumer Risk Management and 3 years’ experience in managing margin lending and overdraft Policy.
• Expert knowledge of retail banking products and risk management, particularly for margin lending as well as operational and market risks associated with securities financing and wealth management lending
• Strong knowledge of investments, securities market and associated internal and external regulations and risk.
