Description:

The Rides Maintenance Director is responsible for developing and implementing the overall maintenance plan for rides and attractions across several properties of Miral Experiences portfolio. You will also ensure ride operational availability and ride efficient and safe operation. In this role, you will lead, motivate and develop a large team of technicians and specialists to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of Miral Experiences Leisure Facilities in the Technical Services Rides Department, in respect of all the Company Core Process. Ensure all safety, health and environmental policies are followed and adhered to.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the Preventive Maintenance Plan for rides and attractions to extend the natural life of Company assets and keep unplanned downtime to a minimum.
• Develop and implement long range rehabilitation program (5–10-year master plan).
• Develop and manage Maintenance annual operating budget in line with Company overarching strategy, including Labour, Supplies, Spare Parts, and Capital Expense.
• Provide support to new projects and expansion, efficiently leveraging synergies across the organization while ensuring adequate level of staffing.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the related field
• 7+ years in Maintenance Department, including at least 3 years in management position
• 5+ years working in Theme Park / Roller Coaster
• Strong technical skills (rides, especially roller coasters)
