Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
Under general direction of Retail Administration Manager, the job holder will be responsible to collect, arrange and maintain the passports of Retail Site Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Recieve Passports of new retail staff from goverment relations after the vis processing and add them to the passport data base.
Maintain an inventory of passports held in custody.
Ensure that passport expiry/renewal are done in time, passport database must reflect the same.
Coordinate with Governemnt Relations for staff visa renewal/cancelation
Job Requirements:
Highschool graduate
UAE Valid driving license
Microsoft Office and computer literacy (mandatory)
