Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Description:
The Resort Manager will overlook the entire resort operations including Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Kitchen & Stewarding, Security and Recreation, Health Club and Kids Club. He/she will also have a commercial and strategic approach to ensure a maximization of the hotel revue.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Developing commercial strategies to drive the revenue.
b- Understanding of the customers needs, competitor capabilities and organizational potential.
c- Liaise with the Revenue and sales team to create an effective revenue management strategy and ensure the hotel’s profitability in all market conditions through sales and marketing tactics.
d- Monitoring the activities and trends of competitor hotels and keep up to date with international trends in order to ensure the competitive advantage of the hotel
Job Requirements:
a- Bachelor degree in Hotel Management
b- Previous experience as Director of Operations or EAM is a must
c- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Luxury Hotels
