Description:

As a Reservation Agent you will join a committed Guest Services team driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ guest experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first line of inquiry for room reservations within the Group.
• Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining FIVE standards.
• Ensure all FIVE’s policies and procedures are understood and adhered to, at all times.
• To maximize room revenues, and create additional revenue, by utilizing effective upselling techniques and following the strategies in place.

Job Requirements:

• Previous Reservation Sales Agent experience of 2-3 years is a plus.
• Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assignee.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory and German is a plus.
• Ability to be proactive, work hard and adjust job scope as required.
