Description:

The position of Registry Services Manager will manage and monitor the functions within Registry Services.

The role will include allocating tasks, managing workloads, provide staff training, develop policies and procedures, provide quality assurance of processes and liaise with the registrar on a regular basis regarding staff requirements. The position also requires representation of the university department in activates as required including committees and graduation.

Job Requirements:

• Management degree or other relevant degree.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience working in Higher education administration.
• Ability to manage, lead and supervise a team in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
• Ability to monitor workload of a team and allocate tasks to individual team members.
