Regional Sales Manager
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Maintains the sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Optimize the revenue/sales trade off through effective negotiation and quality proposals.
- Ensure effective two-way communication with Account Managers and other members of the team to ensure all selling opportunities are identified and acted on.
Job Requirements:
- University degree: Bachelor in Business Administration or related field.
- 5-7 years experience.
- Good computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Well organized and high level of dedication.
- Fluency in Spanish & English.
