Description:

As a key member of the Loyalty business and reporting into the more senior Strategic Programme Delivery Manager, within the central Holding Company, the Regional Rollout Delivery Manager, Loyalty will work closely with other senior members of the loyalty team and business units of Majid Al Futtaim, providing strategic delivery management oversight of the regional expansion of the programme across different MENA markets. This is a key and pivotal role that will act as the glue and enablement for success of our Group-wide alignment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee programme implementation to new markets: As the programme of work develops to other regions and markets, you will ensure that the delivery oversight of the programme is aligned with the objectives already set forth by the business.
• Function as an RTE / STE for orchestration of multiple SAFe Value Streams: Part of your role will to function as the Release Train Engineer for your value stream, working closely with the product manager and business owner(s) of it. Where a solution emerges that has added complexity you will be the Solution Train Engineer.

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience in a similar role
• 4+ years in a programme management role; loyalty experience preferred
• Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelors degree
